Goals from Jose Baxter, Conor Sammon and Kieron Freeman secured United’s spot in tonight’s second-round draw, but National North part-timers Worcester were far from disgraced.
It was a physical test Campbell-Ryce expected, after watching his former club County knocked out of the competition 24 hours earlier by non-league Salford City.

The recalled George Long had to be alert to tip over Connor Gater’s long-range effort, before United took the le ad on 19 minutes. Che Adams broke into the area, only to be felled by Sam Minihan, and Baxter converted the spot-kick.
