The fixture was the only top-flight match which had been due to clash with the Duke of Edinburgh's funeral, at 3pm on Saturday. In line with most professional sporting events, it has been moved to avoid a clash.

Should Newcastle United pick any points up in their early kick-off against West Ham United that day, the Blades will need to match or better their result to avoid being relegated that day.

They are 18 points behind the Magpies and Brighton and Hove Albion, who host Everton this evening with seven games remaining. Their goal difference is vastly inferior to both sides.

Sheffield Wednesday's Championship match against Bristol City, Doncaster Rovers' League One trip to Shrewsbury Town and the League Two derby between Harrogate and Bradford City will all kick off at 12.30pm.
