Sheffield Wednesday: Wildsmith. Little to do as opposed to Lossl. 6

Iorfa. Won his fair share and was not given too many alarms by Grant, apart from one moment. 7

Lees. Made two vital clearing headers to thwart Mounie and Chalobah and was reassuringly solid and dependable. 7

Borner. Produced a lovely sweeping pass to pick out Odubajo. Steady at the back and cleared his lines. 7

Odubajo. One sparkling moment and one to forget in the opening 45 minutes. 6

Hunt. Some ambitious passes failed to pay on in his first home start, but did not look fazed. Fired a chance into the deserted Kop early in the second period. 6

Bannan. Neat and tidy without being vintage Bannan. Curled a second-half effort over. 6

Luongo. Threatened on occasions when he ghosted into the box. Had one decent second half chance. 7

Murphy. Quiet by his standards. Did not look particularly happy when he was replaced. 5

Windass. One first-half pass to Odubajo was a joy to behold. Worth the admission money alone. Not too much else. 6

Harris. Did not get at Chalobah as much as he should have early on. Went close before the break. 6

Substitutes: Da Cruz (Murphy 58), 6; Pelupessy (Hunt 59), 6; Reach (Luongo 71), 6; Nuhiu (Windass 71), 6.

Not used: Dawson, Brennan, Hughes, Shaw, Rhodes.

Huddersfield Town

Lossl. Two key first-half saves to underline why Town showed no hesitation in bringing him back on loan. Unflappable. 8

Chalobah. Distribution was sloppy at times and looks a makeshift right-back, for sure. Kept going in fairness and had a couple of semi-dangerous moments in attack. 6

Stearman. Kept the back line together and showed his experience. 7

Schindler. Not overly stretched and was relatively untroubled. Would have been expecting to be busier. 7

Toffolo. Some few trademark surges forward from a player who wears his heart on his sleeve. Great late cross for Campbell. 7

Hogg. Set the tone early on and held his ground. 7

O’Brien. Buzzed about from the off, but could not get on the end of things, despite hinting at it on occasions. 6

Kachunga. Did a job for the team in tracking back, despite little attacking threat. 5

Smith-Rowe. Floated about with intent for a first half spell. But disappointingly faded for periods. 6

Grant. Quiet in his 50th game for the Terriers and did switch off defensively for a big first half chance for Wednesday. Spurned his one chance early in second half. 6

Mounie. Strong, committed and an outlet for Town. But up against two seasoned campaigners in Lees and Borner. 6

Substitutes: Willock (Kachunga 70), 6, Campbell (Mounie 78), 6.

Not used: Coleman, Bacuna, Pritchard, Quaner, Stankovic, King, Duhaney.
