TV changes for Sheffield Wednesday, Middlesbrough FC and Rotherham United in the new year
Wednesday have beaten Newcastle on their last three meetings in league and cup competitions, including a 1-0 success on Tyneside in the League Cup in 2015-16.
The Owls last faced Newcastle in the FA Cup in 1980-81, when they lost 2-1 in a third-round tie and last beat the Magpies in the competition in 1965-66 - in a season when the Hillsborough outfit reached the final.

Hide AdMeanwhile, Middlesbrough's Tees-Wear derby league trip to Championship rivals Sunderland in the New Year has been switched to a Sunday for live Sky Sports coverage.
The Stadium of Light fixture will now kick off at noon on Sunday, January 22.
Rotherham United's Championship home game with Blackburn on Saturday, January 14 has also been selected for coverage by Sky Sports.
The Roses match will now kick on at the earlier time of 12.30pm.While Wednesday's tie with Newcastle in the first full weekend of January is the pick of the FA Cup ties for White Rose clubs, two other Premier League clubs will also call in at Yorkshire venues early in the new year when Fulham visiting Hull City and Brighton heading to Middlesbrough.

Hide AdLeeds United have been handed a tricky trip to the Principality to face Cardiff City, who famously knocked the Elland Road outfit out of the competition at the same stage in 2002 when they were a third-tier club.
Sheffield United, Huddersfield Town, Rotherham and Barnsley have all been handed away trips in a draw which features five all Premier League sides.
Town will make the short trip to Deepdale to face second-tier rivals Preston North End in round three, with the pair having also met earlier in the season in the Carabao Cup.
Sheffield United head to Millwall in another all-Championship affair.
