UPDATED - Transfer Window: Done deals and priorities for Yorkshire's clubs
It promises to be lively. Rotherham United manager Alan Stubbs probably spoke for many managers across the land in saying that he was bracing himself for ‘pandemonium.’ late last week. You get his drift.
Here are all the done deals and where the remaining priorities lie for our clubs ahead of the final hours before the deadline.

Hide AdDONE DEALS: Adam Armstrong (Newcastle, loan), Adam Jackson (Middlesbrough, loan), Kayden Jackson (Wrexham); Stefan Payne (Dover); Andy Yiadom (Barnet); George Moncur (Colchester); Elliot Lee (West Ham); Tom Bradshaw (Walsall); Ryan Kent (Liverpool, loan); Dylan Mottley-Henry (Bradford City), Elliot Kebbie (Salford City), Angus MacDonald (Torquay United, undisclosed), Sessi D’Almieda (free).
PRIORITIES: The Reds in the market for another midfielder, with the club linked with a move for Wigan’s Sam Morsy. The club’s interest in Chesterfield winger Gboly Aribiyi is also well known, although the current difference in both clubs’ valuations is quite substantial and the Reds may pursue other targets.
In the outgoing direction, the Reds have reportedly rejected a £1m bid from Ipswich Town for Marley Watkins, with the Tractor Boys now moving onto other targets after seeing the offer rejected.
Expect more incoming business, with Heckingbottom seeking to replenish his options further despite the captures of Middlesbrough defender Adam Jackson and Newcastle United loan forward Adam Armstrong.

Hide AdThe Reds are also in the market for several other players, most notably QPR defender Cole Kpekawa with Heckingbottom having made no secret of the fact that the club needs ‘help’ in terms of additional recruits to boost a squad whose depth is not substantial. Expect business.

Hide AdPRIORITIES: With Rovers beset by a crippling early-season injury crisis - intensified by Mitchell Lund, Matty Blair and Josh Marquis suffering knocks at the weekend - short-term free transfers moves are the order of the day. Early business has seen ex-Rotherham and Leeds defender Frazer Richardson join on a two-move deal, while another deal is possible. Endeavouring to get Dani N’Guessan off the club’s books is also on the to-do list.
HUDDERSFIELD TOWN

PRIORITIES: Done and dusted, you would have thought in terms of incoming recruits, with David Wagner having two options in virtually every position after a busy and rewarding summer.
Ensuring that Nakhi Wells is still a Town player by the close of business - amid rumoured interest from several clubs, including Norwich - is the main concern for Town supporters.

Hide AdDONE DEALS: David Marshall (Cardiff), Will Keane (Man Utd), Ryan Mason (Spurs), Will Mannion (AFC Wimbledon).
PRIORITIES: Expect the Sky Sports cameras likely to be kept busy with the events out east.
A manic start to the week - comparatively speaking - has seen Cardiff City keeper David Marshall become the club’s first major signing of the calendar year, with the club also snaring Spurs midfielder Ryan Mason and Manchester United’s Will Keane. Busy, busy, busy. At last...
AZ Alkmaar’s Markus Henriksen is another name doing the rounds as a possible incoming arrival, but Jeff Hendrick appears Burnley-bound.

Hide AdDespite a brisk start to window week, Mike Phelan is eyeing plenty more business. Deadline-day names in the frame include ex-Leeds United winger Max Gradel and Aston Villa’s Jordan Ayew, with Phelan having made no secret of his desire to hold of his existing players, given his wafer-thin squad, as it stands.
LEEDS UNITED
DONE DEALS: Marcus Antonsson (Kalmar), Kyle Bartley (Swansea City), Hadi Sacko (Sporting Lisbon, loan), Kemar Roofe (Oxford), Robert Green (QPR), Matt Grimes (Swansea City), Pablo Hernandez (Al-Arabi), Billy Whitehouse (Doncaster Rovers), Luke Ayling (Bristol City), Liam Bridcutt (Sunderland), Pontus Jansson (Torino, loan).
PRIORITIES: Another seasoned midfielder with Championship credentials and nous is likely to be high on the list for Garry Monk, alongside another striker. With United being top-heavy in terms of midfielders, endeavouring to move on the likes of Toumani Diagouraga and Luke Murphy -with the latter linked with Sheffield United, is also on the ‘to-do list’.
After a quiet start to the week, Leeds fans will be hoping that the activity intensified, although there are no movements regarding Charlie Taylor, as yet, which will be viewed as welcome news.
MIDDLESBROUGH

Hide AdDONE DEALS: Marten De Roon (Atalanta); Viktor Fischer (Ajax, £3.8m), Bernardo Espinosa (Sporting Gijon); Jordan McGhee (Hearts, loan); Victor Valdes (Manchester United), Antonio Barragan (Valencia); Alvaro Negredo (Valencia, loan); Gaston Ramirez (unattached); Brad Guzan (Aston Villa), Fabio (Cardiff City), Calum Chambers (Arsenal, loan).
PRIORITIES: The addition of Calum Chambers, who can provide cover at right back and centre back and central midfield at a push, has fulfilled Aitor Karanka’s quest to add another defensive option. Emphasis has now switched to the Teessiders’ attacking options, with Aston Villa winger Adama Traore being the name currently doing the rounds, while Albert Adomah is being tipped to move in the opposite direction.
An attacking midfielder to add to Boro’s options is also a possibility - and the club have been known in the past to show a liking for a deadline-day plunge or two. But Jordan Rhodes is likely to stay put.
ROTHERHAM UNITED
DONE DEALS: Anthony Forde (Walsall); Jake Forster-Caskey (Brighton, loan); Lewis Price (Sheffield Wednesday); Will Vaulks (Falkirk), Kelvin Wilson (Nottingham Forest, loan); Jon Taylor (Peterborough), Scott Allan (Celtic, loan), Darnell Fisher (Celtic), Dominic Ball (Tottenham Hotspur), Isaiah Brown (Chelsea, loan), Tom Adeyemi (Cardiff City, loan)..

Hide AdPRIORITIES. A new centre defender, with Kirk Broadfoot out for a spell with a back injury, represents a priority, although the Millers have missed out in the race to sign Reece Burke, who has joined Wigan Athletic on loan.
The other big target is another striker, with the Millers looking painfully thin in the department. Alan Stubbs stated last week that the club had ‘moved on’ after seeing a big-money offer for Millwall’s Lee Gregory rejected earlier this summer, so it appears unlikely that potential deal will be resurrected. Although you never know..
The painful weekend events at Barnsley have crystallised Stubbs’ desire to add further signings, while some outgoings are also likely. Expect deadline day movement with work going on in the background.
SHEFFIELD UNITED
DONE DEALS: Caolan Lavery (Sheffield Weds), James Wilson (Oldham), Mark Duffy (Burton), Chris Hussey (Bury), Leon Clarke (Bury), John Fleck (Coventry City), Jack O’Connell (Brentford), Jake Wright (Oxford), Harry Chapman (Middlesbrough, loan), Simon Moore (Cardiff).

Hide AdPRIORITIES: A key addition in midfield to add a touch of poise is something that Chris Wilder would ideally like, following the capture of Caolan Lavery, who joins the exclusive band of players to make the Steel City switch.
Another target area is central defence, with Winter keen to add a back-four leader, with the name of Millwall’s Byron Webster figuring very prominently, although he won’t come cheap. The Blades have made a second offer, reportedly.
Marc McNulty, meanwhile, has moved to Bradford City on a season-long loan.
SHEFFIELD WEDNESDAY
DONE DEALS: Steven Fletcher (Sunderland), Jake Kean (Norwich), Almen Abdi (Watford), Daniel Pudil (Watford), Charlie Hayford (Spurs), Jordan Thorniley (Everton), Will Buckley (Sunderland, loan), David Jones (Burnley), Vincent Sasso (Braga).

Hide AdPRIORITIES: A left-back to boost competition levels, with fresh energy on the flanks being another potential area.
The Owls have been linked with Rubin Kazan’s Chris Mavinga and Braga winger Pedro Santos, while they are known admirers of Middlesbrough’s Adam Reach.
Plenty of work going on behind the scenes to instigate some business, while Claude Dielna, Lewis McGugan and Sergiu Bus could head for pastures new, with the trio not being in Carlos Carvalhal’s plans.
