The draw will take place at around 7:10pm on Monday evening ahead of Bishop's Stortford’s clash with St Albans City, which will be televised on BT Sport.
Supporters will also be able to watch the draw on the FA Cup’s Twitter and Facebook platforms.
Which teams will be in the draw?
A host of non-league clubs have come through qualifying to reach the first-round stage.

Hide AdLeague One and League Two clubs will also enter the competition at the next phase of the competition, including former winners Portsmouth, Sunderland and Ipswich.
When will the first-round ties be played?
First-round ties will be played on the weekend starting Saturday, November 7.
There will be no replays in this year’s competition due to 2020/21 season starting late due to the impact of the coronavirus pandemic.
