York City: Wilcox hails ‘perfect’ Minstermen

York, who were joint-second bottom going into the game, recoreded one of their biggest wins of the season in emphatic fashion.

Goals from Wes Fletcher, Michael Coulson and Jake Hyde earned the Minstermen their fifth away win of the season.

“I thought we were perfect,” he beamed, “We got everything spot on tonight and the game plan worked really well.

“We knew they were a big team so it was important to stop them having the opportunities to put the ball into the box.

“It was key we were good without the ball and then to be creative when we had it which we managed to do.”
