The loosehead prop was signed on deadline day yesterday as Clive Griffiths strengthens his front row ahead of the National One run-in.
List said: “I learnt a lot in France and hopefully I can bring those the skills and experiences over and put them to use.

“I believe that scrum-wise you can never stop learning and to learn from someone with Darren’s CV is a massive for me.
“There are a few other familiar faces still here also - it’s great to see Kendo here and still going strong.”
List’ arrival comes too late to make the squad for today’s home game with Blaydon, a side who defeated the table-toppers in the reverse fixture earlier in the season.
