Masters champion: Danny Willett and the whirlwind he created at Augusta

IT IS difficult to believe that a week has passed since Masters Sunday when Yorkshire's Danny Willett became a major champion.

You can imagine that applies even more so for Willett himself after he returned to England not only as winner of the Masters, but also as a father of less than a fortnight.

After being at the centre of a whirlwind of media attention, the Sheffielder declared his intention to lock the doors of the family home, spend time with wife Nicole and son Zachariah - and let his achievement slowly sink in.
