Three of the last four meetings between these teams have been decided by three points or fewer.

When Wolves visited EIS in November they scraped a 90-87 win.

Tuck said: “Last time we saw them it was an extremely close game, so this is a revenge game for us.

“They are a deep, well-coached group, and with (Perris) Blackwell back from injury and the addition of (Orlan) Jackman they have gone from strength to strength.

“I’m looking forward to Friday at the EIS. We are on a great run right now. I’ve said from the beginning of the season that we have what it takes to be one of the best teams in this league and now that we are gelling we are starting to prove that. I think beating Worcester this Friday would help validate that.”

Victories against Bristol Flyers and Derby Trailblazers, in the BBL Trophy, extended Sheffield’s winning run to five games last weekend. Success against Wolves would close the eight-point gap between the teams in third and fourth respectively in the BBL Championship.
