Hull FC v Huddersfield Giants: '˜Stop Danny Brough' - Lee Radford urges Airlie Birds
Having won their last four games, the Airlie Birds will be confident of getting past their opponents who, unusually, are bottom of Super League.
However, head coach Radford is only too aware of how dangerous Huddersfield can be, especially if their Scotland captain Brough – who won the Challenge Cup with Hull in 2005 – is allowed time to dictate.

“He’s the best left foot in the league. And the fact that Huddersfield work hard behind that kicking game and they’ve hung their hat on that for two or three seasons, says something.
“Kick pressure is huge, obviously, to try and stop that.
“To get kick pressure then your ruck tempo has to be spot on. You can’t get kick pressure if you’re losing the ruck and you’re on the back foot.
“It’s a vicious circle but if we can do that for a long periods then we’ll give ourselves a chance of winning.”

Hide AdAs Huddersfield look to turn their season around – they have won just once all year – Radford believes his own side’s improved defence has been crucial in Hull’s recent transformation.
“Confidence in our defence has probably been the biggest key to the winning run,” he said, with centre Kirk Yeaman set to play his 350th match for the club tonight.
“In the Wakefield game we defended fantastically well.
“Against Hull KR we defended well but were obviously not great with the ball for 60 minutes.
“But the fact that we have defended well has allowed us to chance our arm a little bit with the ball.
“When we do play more expansive and defend well we’re a very good side.”
