The former England Academy international, 20, could make his debut in Saturday's Coral Challenge Cup sixth round tie against Catalans Dragons,

Since returning from lockdown, Wakefield have lost a winger to injury in both games - Tom Johnstone against Wigan and then his replacement Lee Kershaw in Saturday's loss to Catalans.

England centre Reece Lyne also received a two-game ban from the Catalans game which starts this weekend.

Senior - whose twin brother Louis is also in the Giants ranks - said: "I’m happy for the opportunity to get some game time and play with new and experienced players.

“I’d like to thank Huddersfield for allowing me to go on loan and Wakefield for showing interest in me and working to get the deal done. I’m excited to continue my development.”

Editor’s note: first and foremost - and rarely have I written down these words with more sincerity - I hope this finds you well.
