The Sharks dominated the early stages of the second quarter. TJ Robinson once again impressed as Sheffield raced into what looked a commanding lead at the half-way point of

51-38.

The third quarter was a different story as the hosts allowed Worcester back into the game, the Sharks’ lead being reduced to four.

The Sharks still led by two in the closing stages, but ultimately it was not to be Sheffield’s day.

Despite late points from Colin Sing, Mike Tuck and Mike Cook, Worcester managed to clinch the game in the final moments.

Sheffield face Manchester Giants on Friday evening (tip-off 7.30).
