Family-run Bradfield Brewery in Sheffield has made a special Yellow Jersey Ale to celebrate the Tour de France passing its doorstep on July 6.

The award-winning business will be hosting its first-ever beer festival to coincide with the event, with live music, entertainment and cycling-inspired activities as well as a large screen TV for live screening of the tour.

He said: “Just like everyone else in Sheffield, I’m looking forward to the Tour de France and it’s great to see how local businesses in Bradfield are putting on events to make the event even more special.

“Given the stunning scenery and steep hills, I can’t imagine a more beautiful place to see the cyclists put through their paces.”
