They will field scratch, A, B and Alternative Day Player teams, their first fixture being for the latter against Malton & Norton GC on April 16.
Sand Moor lady captain Janis Kay said: "It was a pre-season bonding session to prepare our four teams, who compete all over the county.

Scratch team captain Christine Hinchcliffe added: "We have a team get-together at the start of the golf season as a warm-up before the matches begin.
"Today we met for nine holes match play followed by a putting lesson with our professional Nick Houlden, and it was a chance to chat over any questions team members had about the fixtures."
Sand Moor's scratch team, featuring seven players per fixture, will play in Division Two this year following last year's relegation.

The B team also involves seven players per match, is for handicaps 19 to 30, and will be captained by Debbie Brown, who is also the club's lady vice captain.
ADP is a team of three, there is no handicap limit, and is for ladies who only play at the weekend.
Hinchcliffe added: "Our ladies' section is keen to attract new ladies of all abilities as ,nationwide, ladies golf membership is declining. It is such a shame as it is a great game for life .
"We have junior girls up to ladies in their nineties who play regularly.
"I have been a club golfer for 40 years - 30 at Sand Moor."
