Ms Dynamite, Toddla T and Shy FX featuring Stamina MC will perform at what is being billed as the biggest music event ever to take place in the centre of Leeds.

The fifth Mint Festival will bring together an eclectic line-up of acts from the worlds of house, techno, garage, grime and more on September 24.

The festival, which has previously been staged at Lotherton Hall and Wetherby Racecourse, is moving to the Tetley this year.

A spokesman for the event said: “We have handpicked the best aspects of previous years, fused it all into one day and it is all happening in the heart of the city.

“At this exceptional venue we can spread our wings. The Mint production values, the incredible sound in every arena will, of course, be in place but we crank it up this year.

“Entertainers, street food vendors, quirky chill out areas and much more make for a proper party in the city.”

A special guest headliner for the No Curfew arena and more acts for the other four arenas are still to be announced.
