Blackpool Town Council yesterday decided to allot 51 stands in the public streets, exclusive of the Promenade, for motor charabancs.

It was originally agreed only to allow ex-Service owners, who number about 24, have stands in the streets, but protest was entered by the local Motor Charabanc Owners’ Association, and the Corporation reversed their previous decision.
