An appeal to all Bradford cyclists to support the formation of a cyclist, motor cyclist and auto-cyclist platoon was made by Capt, G. O. Sutherland, company commander of “A” (Central) Company 4th Battalion West Riding Home Guard, at a meeting held at the Grammar School. Bradford, last night.

Hide AdCapt. Sutherland told “ The Yorkshire Post” that the Idea aimed at would be for each club to form a self-contained section, the whole to be confined to active cyclists.
Cyclists Interested should send their names and addresses to Mr. H. S. Durrans. 5 Springwood Place, Bolton Lane, Bradford, or hand them in at headquarters.
Cyclists belonging to clubs could hand In their names at their club. So far as possible club members would be kept together.
