Sheffield gallery goes with the flow to celebrate contemporary art
Large scale paintings by Ryan Mosley and Paul Barlow are the centrepieces of the Everything Flows exhibition at city’s Millennium Gallery, for which artists have produced works united by a sense of ‘flow’ - from choreography to the movement of international finance.
Artist Victoria Lucas’s unusual contribution features photographs of empty billboards in Greece at the height of the country’s economic crisis.

It has been staged as part of the Arts Council-supported Making Ways programme, which celebrates contemporary visual art produced in Sheffield.
Kirstie Hamilton, of Museums Sheffield, said: “Making Ways was established to support and develop the work of Sheffield’s visual artists. Everything Flows is a real testament to the wealth of artistic talent in the city today and we’re delighted to showcase that at the Millennium Gallery.”
The exhibition runs until September.
