Yorkshire's poshest hotel Grantley Hall to host day-long event to uplift and unlock confidence

Taking place on Wednesday, May 20, and offering a delicious Grantley Hall two-course buffet lunch, The Confidence Code will be a signature event created by a team of Yorkshire experts to offer inspiring, high-impact insight designed to uplift, bring connections, signpost support and find both inner and outer confidence.

Set amid the breath-taking surroundings of “Yorkshire’s Poshest Hotel”, the event will be hosted by women’s employment charity Smart Works Leeds, and all funds raised will go to fund its vital work of supporting women into work through its coaching and clothing services.

It will run 9:30am to 3:30pm and includes networking and coffee breaks as well as the buffet lunch.

“Confidence isn’t an accident — it has a code,” says Smart Works Leeds chair Tracy Fletcher.

“It has a set of elements that, when brought together, help us feel grounded, capable, and ready to step into opportunity.

“At The Confidence Code, we will unpick those elements with experts in mindset, style, and beauty, exploring how confidence is created from the inside out.

“Hosted in the refined surroundings of Grantley Hall, this exclusive event brings together leaders in mindset, style, and beauty for a powerful exploration of what helps women thrive.”

The event will feature sessions by Dr Lubna Kahn-Salim, a former plastic surgeon turned longevity physician, and the co-founder of Bloom Longevity Labs (@bloomlongevitylabs) and This is Yorkshire Beauty (@thisisyorkshirebeauty).

Dr Lubna believes midlife is a critical window and the biggest blind spot in women’s health. She understands the intimate connection between skin health, whole-body wellness and real beauty. She has created an innovative approach to women’s health that inherently promotes wellness, vitality, and real beauty.

The Joy Coach Ali Mortimer (@alimortimer_thejoycoach) is keynote speaker and will lead a session exploring how ‘Joy is your Confident Edge’ and the key to create the life you want, with interactive exercises to help learn who you actually are, how to power yourself up, and how to understand your unique blueprint.

Designer fashion store Morgan Clare will step up to present a super-stylish session on creating a confident capsule wardrobe, while showcasing the latest trends.

There will be exclusive access to the Smart Works designer clothing rail, bursting with premium and high-end fashion pieces donated to the charity by retailers and individuals.

There will also be the opportunity to explore the Confidence Experience Lounge featuring: a curated collection of luxury skincare; body confidence photoshoots with Bold by Kila photo studio; personal mini health MOTs with Dr Hayley; skin consultations; the latest red light therapy technology with Dermalux red light devices, HUME body composition analysis; EverBloom by Victoria with mini holistic consultations such as ear seeding, acupuncture; and Manasi 7 skincare.

Plus networking and the chance to enter the charity raffle, with outstanding prizes available.
