Why Yorkshire libraries are becoming engines of economic growth
The Business & IP Centre (BIPC) Network, established in local libraries across the UK, including Leeds, Sheffield and Hull, provides a boost for people who have recently launched or are looking to start their own business.
They include a raft of free support and resources, such as up-to-date market research, business databases and workshops.
