The Yorkshire Post has announced the winners of this year’s Excellence in Business Awards.
The awards are open to companies of all shapes and sizes and highlight the inspirational work and unsung heroes in Yorkshire’s business community.
Patrick McLoughlin, the coal miner turned Cabinet Minister, was the keynote speaker at this year’s awards.
Judges from the Bank of England, Bradford University School of Management, DLA Piper, PwC, Yorkshire Bank and the Yorkshire Post debated a long list of entries to produce the following shortlist.

Since their launch in 2005, the Yorkshire Post Excellence in Business Awards have attracted Britain’s most senior politicians as guests. Past speakers include Business Secretary Vince Cable, Deputy Prime Minister Nick Clegg and Chancellor George Osborne.
