Wickersley reached 272-6, Shahjaan Younis cracking 22 boundaries in his knock of 141 and Haider Jahangir adding 40, before Hallam closed on 210-7, opener Vaidik Raj making 50 and Joe Cooper (46) as Shahid Hussain claimed 4-61.

Elsecar met with defeat at Aston Hall, who set a 195-8 target – Uzman Azeem 69 not out – before the Armroyd Lane men were dismissed for 143, Azeem bagging 3-41.

Whitley Hall all-rounder Jaco Castle struck an unbeaten 114, including 12 fours and six sixes, in their 229-6 against Darfield, for whom Paul Wilkinson took 4-40.

The reply ended on 211-8, Ali Khan making 76, with 14 boundaries, with Castle, Jim Tasker and Liam Bacon each taking two wickets.

Treeton made short work of visitors Tickhill, whose first three batsmen failed to score, and who were shot out for 83, Steve Foster grabbing 7-16. Treeton eased home by eight wickets.

Norton Oakes finished on 
238-7 at Coal Aston, whose reply was halted by bad weather on 
53-2. Houghton Main made a winning reply of 196-4 as Tahir Nawaz blasted 112, including 18 boundaries, to Rockingham’s 194-9.

Chris Hadley’s 112 saw Warmsworth close on 203, Elsecar replying with 206-4. Mike Brown’s 111 took Penistone to 218-9 against Frecheville, who made 219-6, young Todd Saxelby hitting 110. The other century-maker was Whiston teenager Lewis Sansome, with 104 against Upper Haugh.
