Yorkshire v Warwicks (Day 1, lunch): Openers fall after Andrew Gale opts to bat
Alex Lees, fresh from leading Yorkshire into the quarter-finals of the Royal London Cup and the NatWest T20 Blast, was first out in the 10th over when he was trapped lbw by Rikki Clarke for 10.
And Adam Lyth, whose last Championship innings was a double- hundred against Surrey at the Oval, fell moments before lunch when he was caught behind for 24 off Oliver Hannon-Dalby, the former Yorkshire pace bowler.

Hide AdAustralian Travis Head, playing his maiden Championship innings, has performed nicely to reach 25 at the break, while captain Andrew Gale has three after winning the toss.
The total stands at 62-2 from 24 overs, with Warwickshire having bowled some challenging stuff.
Keith Barker conceded only 10 runs from his first seven overs from the Rugby Stand end, while there has been a bit of movement on offer off the seam.
It looks like Andy Fogarty, the Yorkshire groundsman, has produced a good sporting pitch for a match important to both team’s title chances.
