With a 100 per cent winning record in the league since the turn of the year, 2015 has been good so far for
FC Halifax Town.

Manager Neil Aspin, however, is demanding more ahead of the Shaymen, who sit five points off the play-off spots with five games in hand on Forest Green Rovers in fifth place, travelling to Kidderminster Harriers.

“I think we have played okay recently,” said the Halifax chief. “But I think we can play better than we have done in recent games.”

Halifax have taken 12 points from four league games this year. They have also lost one and won two of their FA Trophy ties in 2015, but there is little doubt that Aspin’s men will have to be at their best today after suffering another postponement in midweek.

The Halifax manager added: “Kidderminster can be as good or as bad as anyone in the league.”
