The former Celtic man was a first-choice defender for most of his time in S6 but fell out of favour this season with manager Jos Luhukay opting not to play Loovens in his new-look three-man defence.
Wallace, 32, has been sidelined with a knee injury since February and the club have also confirmed he will leave following this weekend's final match of the season against Norwich City.
Goalkeeper Kean, 27, will depart the club having failed to make a single appearance since arriving two years ago.
