All Creatures Great and Small star Nicholas Ralph and Great British Bake Off's Karen Wright confirmed for 5 on the Farm Festival

Two new names have been added to the line-up for Channel 5's celebration of Yorkshire television - including the star of its All Creatures Great and Small remake.

Nicholas Ralph, who plays James Herriot, and his co-star Rachel Shenton, who plays Helen Alderson, have been confirmed for the main stage over the three-day festival, where they will be sharing stories from the set.

The duo have been joined by Yorkshire-born celebrity chef Karen Wright, who shot to fame on Great British Bake Off, as the final line-up for the festival is confirmed.

Cannon Hall’s very own chef Tim Bilton, as well as Amanda Owen, will be cooking up a Yorkshire feast on the 'kitchen stage', while 'the allotment' will be the area for all green fingered fans featuring TV gardener, Tayshan Hayden-Smith.

There will also be activities for children with appearances with characters from Fireman Sam, Peppa Pig and Paw Patrol.

A Channel 5 spokeswoman said: “We are delighted to share the very final line-up and event programme details at what is guaranteed to be an unforgettable and magical weekend for all ages.”⠀

Tickets cost £49.95 for those over 16, £24.95 for children aged two to 15, and children under two go free. The ticket price includes access to Cannon Hall Farm. Gates open at 9am and close at 7.30pm.
