New challenger bank Bevan Money to create over 70 jobs at Sheffield headquarters

Bevan Money, a new applicant challenger bank, is looking to recruit over 70 staff in Yorkshire ahead of its launch next year.

The company has partnered with recruitment firm Page Outsourcing to hire the new roles for its Sheffield headquarters.

The aspiring bank aims to provide mortgages to help public sector workers onto the housing ladder, later life lending products and a range of retail savings products.

Positions range from entry level to senior management, with further expansion plans throughout the next three years.

Alongside a hiring strategy that focuses on encouraging social mobility and inclusive hiring, the business will offer a four-day week and fully flexible working patterns for all its staff.
