Residential centre put on market for £1.2m

A residential management development centre has been put on the market for £1.2m for the first time in more than 30 years

High Trenhouse in Malham, North Yorkshire, which has hosted companies including Asda, Yorkshire Water and Morgan Stanley, was originally a farm. The two main buildings were converted by the vendors, John and Bernadette Varney, in the 1980s and 1990s and now contain 21 letting bedrooms.

There is also a separate owners’ flat and a number of outbuildings with development potential that have outline planning permission.

Northend has a dining room, conservatory lounge and bar, a conference room for up to 30 people and two syndicate rooms. The Bennett’s building has a large open plan lounge, dining area and bar, and a conference room for up to 30 delegates, as well as a meeting and syndicate room.
