Turner moves into historic city centre building

It will move into 1 East Parade, next to Sheffield Cathedral, after a major refurbishment led by property consultancy Knight Frank.

The building, with its distinctive Victorian turreted and castellated red-brick frontage, has undergone major internal works to turn it into top-specification offices.

Turner and Townsend, which is moving from its current offices at St James House, on nearby Vicar Lane, will occupy 5,000 sq ft of the building’s available 10,000 sq ft.

The project to renovate and market the property has been undertaken by building consultancy and agency teams from the Sheffield office of Knight Frank to create two floors of Grade A offices, marketed on behalf of Square Metre Properties Limited.
