TWO dogs died during a blaze in outbuildings in the garden of a house in Doncaster this morning.

TWO dogs died during a blaze in outbuildings in the garden of a house in Doncaster this morning.

The two outbuildings in the garden of a house on Melbourne Road, Balby, Doncaster, were well-alight when firefighters from Edlington fire station arrived at the scene just before 3am today. (Tues Feb 21)

A spokeswoman for South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue, said: " Firefighters worked quickly to extinguish the blaze. Sadly two dogs have died from the fire."

The cause of the blaze is under investigation.
