There were 108 flood warnings in place for Yorkshire as of Monday morning, as Storm Franklin continued to wreak havoc across the region.

Strong winds, flooding, and travel chaos were widespread across the region - with more disruption expected as the day progresses.

The A616 in South Yorkshire is closed in both directions between the A629 (Wortley) and the A628 (Flouch) due to flooding across the carriageway.

National Highways service providers are on scene working to clear the standing water from the road.

Traffic is being diverted via local routes
