Tyre slasher caused £500 damage to Barnsley taxi firm’s fleet
POlice are appealing for information after tyres were slashed on a Barnsley taxi company’s fleet of vehicles causing around £500 damage.
South Yorkshire Police say it was reported that vehicles belonging to J and M Taxis, of Wombwell, were damaged overnight between Saturday September 5 and Sunday September 6.
The vehicles were parked in a car park at Parklands Nursing Home in Park Street, Wombwell.

Hide AdA witness reported seeing a man in a dark-coloured hooded top and dark shorts running from the vehicles at around 6.10am on Sunday 6 September.
Anyone with information is asked to contact South Yorkshire Police via 101, quoting incident number 355 of Sunday September 6 2015.
