Hull City player ratings as energetic midfielder and hard-pressing forward catch the eye

Hull City emerged with a 2-2 draw from the visit of Leicester City.

It was the fourth game running the Tigers have drawn but given the quality of the opposition, there was no shame in Saturday’s 2-2.

Ryan Allsop – caused a couple of hairy moments with his passing but doing what Liam Rosenior wants 6

Jean Michael Seri – perhaps unlucky to concede the penalty as he paid the price for trying to tackle Abdul Fatawu from the wrong side but that apart it was his usual display of assured passing 7

Jaden Philogene – worked hard without much to show for it 6

Anass Zaroury – his pressing led to Hull's first goal and he scored the second in a good all-round display 8

Abdulkadir Omur – generally a good performance but he dithered too long over a great chance 7

Fabio Carvalho – made up for a poor penalty with a good finish 7

Not used: McLoughlin, Docherty, Traore, Sharp, Jacob, Pandur.
