Sheffield Wednesday recently wrapped up a busy summer of recruitment by striking a last-gasp loan deal for Wrexham’s Davis Keillor-Dunn.
The forward arrived on loan from the Red Dragons having found opportunities in the second tier limited, adding more firepower to Henrik Pedersen’s squad.
He became signing number 18 and the club’s sixth loan recruit following the additions of Jaden Heskey, Kieran Morrison, Harry Gray, Mason Burstow and Ali Al-Hamadi.
Among those to have arrived on permanent deals are Ricardo Santos, Callum Slattery and Louie Barry, while there have been returns for the likes of Joe Lumley and Barry Bannan.
The summer window is now closed yet Wednesday still have the ability to conduct business. Free agents can still be signed beyond the deadline and there is plenty of talent and experience available to pick up on a free transfer.
Here are 13 free agents Wednesday could target following the end of their busy summer of transfer business.
