Football statistics site Transfermrkt have compiled an alternative table for the current Championship campaign, which determines how reliant clubs are on goals from their English players, by removing all their goals from the results. Here's a look at how it affects the current league table.
. Fulham - 1st
A massive 15 point leap sees the Cottagers surge to the very top of the table, with Aleksandar Mitrovic's seven match-winning goals providing a huge boost. They secure four more wins, and seven of their losses are wiped out. | Getty
. West Bromwich Albion - 2nd
With goals spread out fairly evenly between a variety of nationalities, the Baggies aren't greatly affected, with just one point added to their tally. | Getty
. Brentford - 3rd
Despite losing 22 Ollie Watkins goals, they've scored so many they move up into third. 22 fewer goals are conceded, which is quite something. Bryan Mbeumbo and Said Benrahma's efforts helped here. | Getty
. Bristol City - 4th
The Robins are in on the play-off action too, propelling their way into the mix from down in seventh. | Getty
. Preston North End - 5th
There's little change for the Lilywhites, but they do edge a place higher than their current standings. Daniel Johnson's eleven goals have done the job here. | Getty
. Sheffield Wednesday - 6th
Well now, this is quite something. The Owls rocket from 15th into the play-off spots. A big factor in this is Scotsman Steven Fletcher, who has scored four match-winning goals this season. | jpimedia
. Nottingham Forest - 7th
Sabri Lamouchi's side are jostled out of their play-off spot, losing four of their wins in the process. A lot of their results are changed to draws, and their goal difference is slashed in half. | Getty
. Swansea City - 8th
The Swans capitalise, despite no change at all in their points tally. The only thing that changes is, of course, the number of goals scored and conceded. Everything else is exactly the same! | Getty
. Leeds United - 9th
My word, this isn't good for Leeds. On the brink of the Premier League, they're slashed down from the top down to ninth. Patrick Bamford is their top scorer by some distance. | Getty
. Reading - 10th
The Royals rise to within touching distance of the play-off spots, in a tightly-packed upper portion of the table. George Puscas' nine goal haul proves very handy in this case. | Getty
