Senior makes Wigan-dominated Dream Team

WIGAN'S best season for a decade has been recognised with the selection of four of their players in the 2010 Engage Super League Dream Team.

Stand-off Sam Tomkins, who was the Warriors' only representative in the 2009 team, is joined by older brother Joel and Warriors team-mates Sean O'Loughlin and Pat Richards, who make their debuts in the line-up chosen by members of the media based on form throughout the regular season.

The Tomkins are the first brothers to appear in a Super League Dream Team, three months after becoming the first siblings to play for the national team for 21 years.

This year's team is drawn from just five clubs, with Warrington and St Helens each providing three players, Leeds two (Keith Senior and Ryan Hall) and Hull KR one (Michael Dobson).

The team includes three of the League's elder statesmen in Wolves captain Adrian Morley, Leeds centre Senior and St Helens full-back Paul Wellens.

After making his Dream Team comeback in 2009 after a 10-year absence, Morley becomes the first player to appear in selections in three decades.

Warrington centre Matt King is a first-time entrant, along with Richards, who equalled Andy Farrell's Super League points-in-a-season record of 388 in his side's 34-12 win over Bradford last Friday.
