Five Let Ready studios are being created, offering fully furnished workspace for teams of four to 24 people, and are due for completion in July.

Robert Morton, investment manager at CEG, said: “The Let Ready studios have been a phenomenal success at our nearby Kirkstall Forge development and Westminster Place in York. By including this type of workspace at Albion Street we can complement our out-of-town offer with a prestigious city centre address, just a stone’s throw from the station.”

The offer is designed to provide a post-Covid solution to businesses needing easy-in, easy-out flexible leases with the ability to grow and contract on-site. Located in the city centre, tenants will be part of a thriving business community, with access to break-out space, dedicated meeting rooms, a roof terrace, and cycle and shower facilities.

Fox Lloyd Jones and WSB Property Consultants LLP have been appointed as agents, marketing Albion Street on CEG’s behalf.
