New homes on the historic Rowntree factory site in York have been released for sale
Cocoa Gardens, the next chapter in the transformation of the historic Rowntree’s factory site, is made up of 302 properties with a mix of two, three, and four-bedroom homes.
The properties on Haxby Road have air source heat pump systems along with electric vehicle charging points on some plots. The first phase of 49 homes has been launched with a four-bed show home now available to view.
