A huge luxury Asian mall dubbed "the biggest in Britain" with a massive food court and "exclusive Pakistani retail brands" has opened.
The 50,000 square foot complex named 'The Signature Mall' is located in Listerhills, Bradford, and offers a wide range of retail, dining and entertainment.
The mall - which opened on Saturday (May 16) and according to the owners, has been five years in the making - is home to 36 retail units for fashion, shoes, jewellery, and perfume.
And will provide "exclusive access to Pakistan's most popular retail brands and eateries" to attract a customer base from across the country, according to the website.
Clothing items range from hundreds to thousands of pounds, with some wedding dresses reaching £2,500.
It also has a large 10,000 square foot dining section able to accommodate over 200 customers, featuring nine food outlets, as well as an "exclusive Michelin star restaurant", according to the website.
Its social media pages dubs it as the "UK's Largest Asian Shopping Mall" and claim it will "revolutionise the retail landscape" of Britain.
A social media post located in the 120 space car park boasts saying "as soon as you drive in, you feel like you are coming into the Middle East."
This is further doubled as another post saying everything has been "meticulously designed" so when customers step inside, they feel like they are in Asia.
A separate post details how a number of the design items, like the stone floor, chandeliers, and granite walls have been imported from around Asia and Africa, including the Middle East, India, and Morocco.
Planning permission for the location was submitted in 2021 but it was given the green light in 2023.
The shopping centre will also offer a "modern shopping and leisure experience", bringing together a "curated mix of South Asian fashion, jewellery, beauty, dining and lifestyle brands under one roof".
The owners claim it is expected to "draw thousands of visitors and further cement Bradford's reputation as a multicultural retail and hospitality hub".
According to the mall, its opening represents a "significant investment in the city and is set to create new employment opportunities".
Drone images show the scale of the mall which outside is even home to bespoke palm trees, which, according to Signature Mall, are the tallest in Yorkshire.
A spokesperson said: "Signature Mall is more than just a shopping destination, it is a celebration of culture, community, and entrepreneurship.
"We are proud to bring this exciting new development to Bradford and look forward to welcoming visitors from across the region and beyond."
The website says the shopping centre is currently on the lookout for luxury and international brands to "house their flagship stores" in the building.
