Hide AdIt seems we can expect to see a vacuous piece every two weeks attached to some vague pretext from the chair of Leeds for Europe.
No comments for example about the EU and their spiteful treatment of our AstraZeneca vaccine. A classic case of nose off to spite face. No thought for the millions of vulnerable EU citizens.
No comments about the UK’s excellence in developing advanced medicine and our outstanding vaccination programme.

Hide AdThe progress we have made could never have taken place were we still tied to the vainglorious Ursula von der Leyen’s dictatorial regime. Over 25 million reasons why not perhaps.
We are still in Europe, Mr Wilson. We are, however, no longer bound to an unelected commission that serves nobody, existing only to offer gravy train contracts to those unemployable in decent businesses.
From: JA King, Thurgoland, Sheffield.

Hide AdCan I just at this point mention the Covid vaccine and the EU? I read the letters in The Yorkshire Post some times with dismay at the negativity that surfaces from many of the writers.
Have we now become a nation of whingers? Where is the positivity?
Oh I forgot more than 25 million people have now received their first vaccination, What a fantastic effort.
