Farmer Rob Nicholson said: “You can pick your own pumpkin, draw a face on it and our team will carve it out. No mess. When I was a lad we had a turnip and we were glad of it.”
Things really have changed now with their Pumpkin Festival, where you can jump on their VR Spooky Halloween Pumpkin Ride.
This is a 360 adventure as the Halloween train tilts, forwards, backwards and side to side with VR headsets creating an adventure full of petrifying pumpkins, ghouls and scarecrows. It is suitable for those aged two and over. Tickets are £5 per person and are available online.
