He lived with his partner, Bozena, and her 20-year-old son.

Mr Piorko’s son, Maceij, 30, is married with two children and lives in Poland.

His partner said: “He will be missed and cried for by all who knew him.”

A statement issued through Essex Police said he was “a very positive and happy man with a colourful outlook on life”, and who enjoyed following news and current affairs.

There were 50 people on board the coach, of whom 43 suffered minor injuries and six others were more seriously hurt.
