Bradford City and Barnsley prospects join National League North outfit Farsley Celtic

National League North outfit Farsley Celtic have bolstered their ranks with two new loan additions from the EFL.

The sixth-tier Celts, led by former EFL marksman Clayton Donaldson, have drafted in defender Nathan Tunchatchawan James from Barnsley and forward Dylan Youmbi from Bradford City.

Farsley Celtic’s director of football Pav Singh said: “I’m delighted to have brought in Nathan to strengthen our backline. He’s a composed centre-back who will add real value to our defence.

“Dylan is a talented young player who was the top goalscorer for Bradford City’s under-19s during the 2021/22 season. He knows where the goal is and I’m pleased we’ve been able to add him to our squad.”

Farsley have utilised the loan market on numerous occasions already this season, with Barnsley attacking midfielder Theo Chapman among those to have joined the club on a temporary basis.

Donaldson’s side currently sit 18th in the National League North, three points above the relegation zone.

However, they are also just four points adrift of the play-offs.
