Sheffield United 3 Doncaster Rovers 1: Derby joy for Blades
The Blades opened the scoring via Chris Basham, but Rovers were level when Cameron Stewart’s free-kick crept beyond home goalkeeper Mark Howard.
Conor Sammon - who could have grabbed a hat-trick with several excellent chances - tapped in to make it 2-1, with Rovers reduced to 10 men when Gary MacKenzie was red-carded for a high foot.
