Huddersfield Town midfielder on 'tough conversations' as Terriers seek to make League One move at last
ON three occasions since late September, Huddersfield Town have posted important away league victories.
The trick, as experienced professional Marcus Harness knows full well, is using one as the springboard to register a significant run of results.
Autumn wins at Exeter City and Mansfield Town were not the precursor to that.
It remains to be seen if Saturday's 3-1 triumph at Yorkshire rivals Rotherham United will be. For most of this season, it's been a case of one step forward, two steps back for inconsistent Town.

While league positions in December don't carry that much weight, the clock is starting to tick for seventh-placed Town, if they have serious top-two aspirations.
Harness said: "It (table) doesn't really matter at this point in the season, but also you don't want to look up one day and see that you're 12th or 13th thinking: ‘how has this happened?’
"I think part of the frustration from us is the chances that we've had to put ourselves back in a good place. We've let get away from us. That's gone and we can't dwell on it.
"It's just about trying to do the right things and be the team that steps up and takes the opportunity to push ahead.

"We're having tough conversations inside that probably can stay inside. Everyone's pulling in the same direction and really trying to improve and iron out some things. Hopefully, we can turn it into what we would like it to be sooner rather than later."
One player who is certainly showing the right sort of consistency is attacking midfielder Leo Castledine, who scored his fifth goal in six games in the weekend win at the Millers.
Harness added: "I really enjoy him, he's a really good player. He mucks in and he's not scared of doing the hard work and then he pops up with goals. We love having him in there and hope he can keep doing it."
