Hull City's stance on ex-Sheffield Wednesday winger Anthony Musaba outlined after 'offer'
Fresh claims regarding Hull City-linked former Sheffield Wednesday winger Anthony Musaba have emerged
Hull City have reportedly been offered the chance to sign former Sheffield Wednesday winger Anthony Musaba - but cold water has been poured on the prospect of a move.
The jet-heeled wideman spent two years in South Yorkshire, making 80 appearances for the Owls between 2023 and 2025.
He proved popular in South Yorkshire, showing plenty of potential, but was among the key figures lost amid off-field turbulence in the last summer transfer window.
Musaba moved on to Samsunspor in Turkey and later made the switch to Süper Lig giants Fenerbahce in January this year.

Fresh Anthony Musaba claim
He may only have been with the heayweights for a matter of months, but doubts over his future have emerged. Hull, West Ham United and Wolverhampton Wanderers have all been linked with the 25-year-old, who is a former Netherlands youth international.
According to reporter Yağız Sabuncuoğlu, Musaba has been offered to Premier League newcomers Hull, Coventry City and Ipswich Town by his representative.
Via KAFA Sports, he said: “His agent offered Musaba to Coventry, Hull City, Ipswich Town, and two Championship teams.
“After the [Mason] Greenwood [to Fenerbahce] transfer, even if someone else comes in, I don't think Musaba will make things difficult about leaving because the player wants playing time."
Hull Live, however, have distanced Musaba from the Tigers by suggesting he is not of interest.
Hull City’s transfer business
Newly-promoted clubs will need firepower if they are to survive in the Premier League and Musaba is quite the handful in the final third.
There is no guarantee he could cut it in the top flight, but has already proven he can cause problems for defenders at Championship level.

Hull have not yet managed to bolster their attack, with goalkeeper Jack Butland their only signing of the summer window to date.
The Tigers may not have embarked on a signing spree just yet, but a flurry of incomings is expected before the campaign kicks off.
