'In ways people will never see' - Leeds United's Anton Stach shares message after defeat to AFC Bournemouth
Leeds United’s Anton Stach has issued a social media message addressing his form struggles
Leeds United midfielder Anton Stach has vowed to “keep pushing” until he rediscovers his mojo.
The 27-year-old has struggled with his form of late and has not registered a goal or assist since the opening day of Leeds’ Premier League campaign.
He was a substitute at the weekend and could not turn the tide from the bench as Daniel Farke’s side lost 2-0 to AFC Bournemouth.

Anton Stach’s social media message
Stach has taken to Instagram following the defeat at the Vitality Stadium, addressing his loss of form with a frank social media message.
Posting to his Instagram story, he said: “Difficult periods test you in ways people will never see. But I know what I’m working for and I’ll keep pushing until I’m back where I belong.”
Stach is not the only member of the Leeds squad trying to find form and is undoubtedly a key figure when in full flow.
Not only will he be keen to start impacting Premier League games more, Stach will have an eye on the upcoming international breaks.
He has been called up by Germany twice this calendar year and will be hoping to remain in the international fold.

Stuart Dallas on Anton Stach
In September, former Leeds star Stuart Dallas told The Yorkshire Post: “Anton set the bar so high with the performances last season and the most difficult thing in the Premier League is to be at that level consistently, it’s really difficult. It’s part and parcel of the game.
“He has spoken recently about an injury he had and how it’s affected him, and he probably didn’t have his best pre-season. But then he scores a free-kick in the first game of the season against Nottingham Forest.
“The success you have and how good you do things previously brings a level of expectation but hopefully he’ll get back to that.”
