Daniel Farke has some big decisions to make ahead of Leeds United’s clash with Tottenham Hotspur.
Spurs will visit Elland Road ahead of the next international break, keen to extend Leeds’ wait for a league win. The Whites last claimed three points on September 14, when they completed a 4-1 rout of Newcastle United under the Monday night lights.
Farke could be without Anton Stach and Noah Okafor, neither of whom had trained ahead of his latest press conference. Joe Rodon, however, is available after over two months out of action with a hamstring problem.
Leeds’ boss said: “I think this next international break comes at a good time for us because we have the chance right now to get rid of all the problems for Anton [Stach], Noah Okafor and [potentially] Dominic Calvert-Lewin and this will be beneficial.
“But I'm not just looking ahead what will be in three weeks or whatever. It's not the easiest situation at the moment especially offensive-wise, but we want to stay together and fight together and also make sure that in perhaps not the best situation, we still are able to dig in and grind out a result in this important game.”
Leeds were beaten 2-0 by AFC Bournemouth last week, therefore there could be a strong temptation to make changes.
The Yorkshire Post has predicted how Leeds could line up against Tottenham tomorrow (November 7).
