Liverpool and Leeds United face off at Anfield in the Premier League this evening, in what is shaping up to be an enthralling encounter between the top tier champions and the Championship winners.

Speaking ahead of tonight's match, Reds boss Jurgen Klopp revealed that his side will be without four key players.

The ex-Borussia Dortmund boss claimed that both captain Jordan Henderson and midfielder Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain would likely miss the game, with both players suffering from knee injuries.

Meanwhile, Xherdan Shaqiri, who was absent much of last season with injury, is also set to miss out with a knee problem.

New summer signing Kostas Tsimikas is also unavailable for the Reds, after the club confirmed the Greek left-back

had tested positive for COVID-19.

Leeds United, on the other hand, look to be in fine fettle ahead of tonight's clash, with the only missing player likely to be long-term absentee Adam Forshaw, who continues to recover from a hip injury suffered almost a year ago.
